Procedure   

Boil the rice in water for 2 minutes. Add the sugar and milk and continue to cook the rice, stirring frequently. Add Delipaste Vanilla Super and finish cooking the rice. Allow the rice to cool, chop the almonds and add them to the rice, pour in the whipped cream and stir.  

Pour the mixture into the glasses, add Amarena Fabbri and Top Amarena Fabbri.
