Pistachio filling  

Coffee and Amarena Fabbri Colata filling 

Cream and Fragola Fabbri filling  

  • 500 g fresh cream 
  • 40 g icing sugar  
  • 200 g Fragola Fabbri chopped into pieces

Procedure 

Pistachio filling 

Gently combine the ingredients and fill the maritozzo. Place the praline pistachios on top and dust with icing sugar.  

Cream and Fragola Fabbri filling 

Whip the cream with the sugar, slice the maritozzi and form a strip of custard on the bottom. Place pieces of Fragola Fabbri on top, fill with whipped cream and garnish with more Fragola Fabbri. Lastly, sprinkle with icing sugar.  

Coffee and Amarena Fabbri Colata filling 

Whip the cream, add the custard and the Fabbri Delipaste Moka, and create a coffee cream by gently mixing the ingredients. Slice the maritozzi, form a strip of Amarena Fabbri Colata on the bottom and fill with the coffee cream. Garnish the top with Amarena Colata and dust with icing sugar.
