Procedure  

Shortcrust pastry  

Using a planetary mixer, mix the butter, milk powder, sugar, salt and eggs. Add Delipaste Vanilla Super and then the flour to complete the dough. Wrap in cling film and leave to rest in the fridge for 2 hours.  

Cheese filling  

Mix the cheese with the Pastovopan and add the cream. Pour the mixture into the mould previously lined with shortcrust pastry, add Amarena Fabbri and bake at 160° for 20 minutes. Garnish with Amarena Fabbri.
