Ingredients
  • 250 g milk 
  • 250 g cream 
  • 400 g eggs 
  • 40 g flour 
  • 340 g sugar 
  • 30 g Marendry bitter 
  • 400 g Amarena Fabbri

Procedure  

Mix the eggs with the sugar, add the flour, Marendry bitter, milk and boiling cream. Place the Amarena Fabbri in the appropriate moulds, fill with the mixture and cook in a bain-marie at 140° for 40 minutes.
