Mix the cheese with the sugar and salt and make a cream, then add the eggs, Pastovopan, cream and Delipaste Vanilla Super.
Base for the cake tin
Crumble the biscuits in a container, add the butter and mix it all together.
Press the base mixture onto the bottom of a cake tin lined with baking paper. Pour in the cream cheese mixture and add Amarena Fabbri. Bake at 165° for 40/45 minutes. When cooled, garnish with Marbling Amarena Fabbri.
