Ingredients
  • 1000 g plain base 
  • 40 g Mascarpone 40 
  • 30 g Delipaste Zabaione al marsala 
  • 50 g cream 
  • Savoiardi biscuits soaked in coffee to taste  
Tiramisù

Procedure 

Mix the plain base with the Mascarpone 40, Delipaste Zabaione al Marsala and the cream. Churn. During the extraction process, layer the coffee-soaked savoiardi biscuits in the tub and finish with a dusting of cocoa powder.
