Salted Butter Caramel

Ingredients
  • 1000 g Plain base 
  • 80 g Fabbri Delipaste Caramel 
  • 80 g milk 
  • Marbling Salted Butter Caramel to taste  
  • caramel granules to taste

Procedure 

Mix the plain base with the Delipaste Caramel and milk. Churn the mixture and then, during the extraction process, ripple with Marbling Salted Butter Caramel and garnish with caramel granules.
