1 bag Ricotta Base  
3000 g milk  
Fabbri Marbling Pear with fruit pieces to taste

Procedure 

Add the Ricotta Base to the milk previously heated to about 65°. Stir carefully and leave to rest for 20 minutes. Churn. During the extraction process, ripple with Fabbri Marbling Pear with fruit pieces.
