  • 1000 g plain base 
  • 100 g Delipaste Hazelnut GP 
  • 20 g dextrose 
  • 100 g milk

Procedure 

Using an immersion blender, mix the plain base with the Delipaste Hazelnut GP (warmed if necessary), the milk and the dextrose. Churn.
