Ingredients
  • 150 g Delipaste White Chocolate  
  • 1 kg Plain base  
  • 120 g milk  
  • Crockoloso Pistachio to taste

Procedure

If necessary, soften the Delipaste White Chocolate by placing it in the microwave or heating it in a bain-marie. Pour it into the base mixture and mix well, possibly with an electric mixer. Add the milk and pour into the churner. During the extraction process, ripple the gelato in layers with Crockoloso Pistachio.
