Procedure
Put the cream and the Base for sticks in a cold planetary mixer. Semi-whip and add the Delipaste Nonna Rachele. Put the mixture in the piping bag, fill half of the moulds, add the Snackoloso Bom Bon insert, insert the sticks, add the second half of the filling and level with the spatula. Then blast chill, shape and glaze with Snackoloso Bom Bon heated to 35°C.
