To celebrate European Gelato Day, try our Amarenamisù recipe in both the gelato and dessert versions. 

Amarenamisù

PROCEDURE 

Mix the plain base with the Delipaste and milk. Soak the sponge cake with Amarena Fabbri syrup. Stir in the cream and ripple with Marbling Amarena Fabbri Export and the sponge soaked in Amarena syrup.
