Ingredients
  • 1000 g plain base  
  • 50 g Delipaste Nonna Rachele  
  • 50 g milk  
  • Fabbri Croccante to taste     
  • Marbling Amarena with pulp to taste      
  • Nappage Amarena Fabbri to taste   
  • Fabbri Amarena Tutto Frutto 18/20 to taste

Procedure 

Add the Delipaste Nonna Rachele and milk to the plain base. Mix well and churn. Alternate layers of gelato with Fabbri Croccante and Marbling Amarena with pulp. Finish off the tub by smoothing the surface and topping with the previously warmed Fabbri Amarena Nappage. Garnish with Amarena Fabbri Tutto Frutto.
