Torta Pere e Cioccolato

A great confectionery classic, Pear and Chocolate Cake is a light and airy chocolate cake made even softer with slices of pear inside. Easy to make, it is the perfect combination for those with a sweet tooth. 

Torta Pere e Cioccolato

Ingredients 

  • 1 kg chocolate base 
  • 70 g Delipaste Nonna Rachele 
  • Marbling Pear to taste 
  • Cake slices to taste 

For the gelato 

Mix the chocolate base with Delipaste Nonna Rachele, then churn the mixture. 

For the garnish 

Ripple during the extraction process and garnish with Marbling Pear and slices of cake.
