Torta del Nonno

The chocolate variant of Torta della Nonna is often made to celebrate Grandparents’ Day. A crisp chocolate shortcrust pastry filled with chocolate cream and topped with almonds and pine nuts. 

Torta del Nonno


  • 1 kg chocolate base 
  • 70 g Delipaste Nonna Rachele 
  • Crockoloso Almonds and Pine Nuts 
  • slices of tart to taste 


For the gelato 

Mix the chocolate base with Delipaste Nonna Rachele. Then churn the mixture. 

For the garnish  

Ripple during the extraction process and garnish with Crockoloso Almonds and Pine Nuts and slices of the tart.
