The pancake is an American dessert, which is similar to a crepe and can be eaten for breakfast or as a snack, in either a sweet or a savoury version.



  • 1 l plain base 
  • 30 g Nonna Rachele paste 
  • 20 g butter 
  • 50 g Fabbri Maple Syrup 
  • maple syrup to taste 

For the gelato 

Melt the butter in the microwave and combine it with the plain base. Add Nonna Rachele Paste and maple syrup, then churn the mixture. 

For the garnish 

During the extraction process, ripple with whole pancakes and maple topping.
