Egg Tart

Egg Tart is a popular dessert in China. It has a shortcrust pastry base and a cream filling. It is even more delicious with Amarena Fabbri. 

Egg Tart


  • 1 kg plain base 
  • 50 g Delipaste Nonna Rachele 
  • 50 g Pastovopan 
  • 100 g milk 
  • Marbling Amarena Fabbri to taste 
  • Amarena Fabbri to taste 
  • crumbled shortcrust pastry to taste 
  • egg tarts to taste 

For the gelato 

Mix the plain base with Delipaste Nonna Rachele, Pastovopan and milk. Then churn the mixture. 

For the garnish 

Ripple during the extraction process and garnish with Marbling Amarena Fabbri, crumbled shortcrust pastry, Amarena Fabbri and small egg tarts.
