Caramel Cake

Caramel Cake is a very rich cake made with layers of butter and caramel sponge. Perfect for the Christmas season, it is also great all year round. 

Caramel Cake


  • 1 l plain base 
  • 70 g of Nonna Rachele paste 
  • 50 g milk 
  • Marbling Mou to taste 
  • crumbled shortbread to taste 

For the gelato 

Mix the plain base with Nonna Rachele Paste and the milk, then churn the mixture. 

For the garnish 

During the extraction process, ripple with Marbling Mou and crumbled shortbread.
