  • 1 kg plain base 
  • 100 g Delipaste Nonna Rachele 
  • 80 g Delipaste Roasted Almond 
  • Marbling Amarena Fabbri to taste 
  • crumbled cantucci to taste 
  • whole cantucci to taste 

For the gelato 

Mix the plain base with Delipaste Nonna Rachele and Delipaste Roasted Almond. Then churn the mixture. 

For the garnish 

Ripple during the extraction process and garnish with Marbling Amarena Fabbri and whole and crumbled Cantucci.
