Apricot Croissant

Croissants are a typical French breakfast pastry made of flaky brioche dough in a characteristic half-moon shape and filled with apricot jam or other fillings. They are also delicious with custard, pistachio, hazelnut and chocolate. Serve them in a gelato version with the combination of your choice. 

Apricot Croissant


  • 1 kg plain base 
  • 50 g Delipaste Nonna Rachele 
  • 50 g melted butter 
  • apricot puree to taste 
  • granulated sugar to taste 
  • croissants to taste 

For the gelato 

Mix the plain base with the Delipaste Nonna Rachele and the melted butter. Then churn the mixture. 

For the garnish 

Ripple during the extraction process and garnish with apricot puree, granulated sugar and small croissants.
