Apple Pie

A traditional American dessert, Apple Pie or American Pie is a pie made of two layers of puff pastry filled with apples and cinnamon. 

Apple Pie


  • 1 l plain base 
  • 70 g Nonna Rachele paste 
  • 50 g milk 
  • 1 pinch of salt 
  • crumbled shortbread to taste 
  • Fabbri Marbling Apple and Cinnamon to taste 

For the gelato

Mix the plain base with Nonna Rachele paste, milk and salt, then stir. 

For the garnish 

When extracted, ripple with Fabbri Marbling Apple and Cinnamon and crumbled shortcrust pastry. Garnish the surface with fresh apples, which are even more impressive if arranged in a fan shape; spray first with Fabbri Fresca Frutta to keep the fruit looking freshly-cut.
