Coffee Cake

A coffee cake is a soft cake that can be eaten either in the morning or in the afternoon instead of the usual biscuits, to be combined with milk or coffee for an extra boost during the day! 

Coffee Cake

Ingredients 

  • 1 l plain base 
  • 70 g Nonna Rachele paste 
  • 40 g milk 
  • 10 g coffee 
  • Crokoloso Coffee to taste 
  • crumbled shortbread to taste 

For the gelato 

Mix the plain base with Nonna Rachele Paste, milk and coffee, then churn the mixture. 

For the garnish 

During the extraction process, ripple with Crockoloso Coffee and crumbled shortbread.
