Caramel Cake

It’s a rich cake with layers of butter and caramel sponge cake. Excellent all year round and perfect during Christmas time.



  • 1 l white base
  • 70 g Nonna Rachele paste
  • 50 g milk
  • Fabbri Mou Marbling
  • Crumbled shortcrust pastry

For the Gelato

Mix the white base with Nonna Rachele paste and milk, and place in the batch freezer.

For the Decoration

Extract from batch freezer and add Mou marbling and crumbled shortcrust pastry.
