The ABC of Gelato course is designed for those who are approaching this delicious world for the first time. No in-depth technical knowledge is necessary-our goal is to enable you to make quality artisan ice cream.

The course begins with a historical overview of ice cream, exploring its origins and evolution to the present day. We will continue with raw materials management, teaching you how to choose and process quality ingredients. We will guide you in the use of professional equipment, explaining its operation and maintenance. You will learn how to make ice cream and sorbet through simple and streamlined steps suitable for beginners. In addition, we will show you how to plan and implement an ice cream storefront, displaying your products in an appealing way. We will also address the handling and storage of ice cream to ensure that it always maintains its quality and freshness. Finally, we will provide you with the knowledge you need to sell ice cream and manage food costs, optimizing costs and maximizing profits.
