For over 20 years, the International School of Artisan Gelato and Pastry Making in Bologna has been offering basic and advanced training courses for the professional growth of gelato makers, pastry chefs, baristas and bartenders in Italy and abroad. The Fabbri Master Class training ranges from group courses to individual lessons, where it is possible to work with the teachers to define topics in both theoretical and practical terms based on personal needs. Created to meet the training needs of professionals as well as aspiring professionals, the Fabbri Master Class school has modern, well-equipped classrooms.
