Cherrysmatic

• 50 ml spiced rum infused with fresh ginger, cloves and Amarena Fabbri cherries
• 30 ml fresh lemon juice
• 30 ml egg white
• 2 dash cocoa bitters
• 10 ml Amarena Fabbri syrup

Decoration: sakura tea powder and cherry at the bottom of the glass
