USE
For ice creams: the recommended dosage is 50g of Fabbri Pamatis per kg of mixture. It can also be used as a cream supplement in fiordilatte, cream, hazelnut, etc. ice cream. The recommended dosage is 10-15g.
For confectionaries: the dosage for flavouring mousses or semifreddos is 80g of Fabbri Pamatis per kg of cream (+150g of hot milk).
