Fabbri NEVEPANN BELPANNA 100 C/F base is a low dosage base (100g/l vegetable milk) to be used both hot and cold.
Without milk or fat, it ensures creaminess, scoopability and excellent yield in the container, even with cold processing. It is ideal for vegan ice creams.
It is characterised by an important amount of sugar and vegetable proteins (pea and potato) as a substitute for milk proteins, which help to make the ice cream cream creamy and warm.

100g of product + 1L of milk + 200g of sugar
