FrescaFrutta Gelée is a new-generation gelatine ideal for fresh fruit cakes and semifreddos. It gives a shiny appearance to desserts and at the same time allows the fruit (apples, pears, bananas, pineapples, peaches, etc.) to appear freshly cut for several hours even at room temperature. It is also ideal for marbling and writing on desserts.
FrescaFrutta Gelée is READY-TO-USE; simply stir it with a spoon and it can be used immediately with a brush. If the gelatine is too thick, it is advisable to heat it in a microwave for a few seconds.
