Fabbri Cocoa is selected from among the finest Dutch cocoa varieties and undergoes a roasting process that helps to enhance its flavour. It is ideal for all confectionary preparations. Fabbri Cocoa can be used in ice cream recipes or in all confectionary preparations requiring it without altering the traditional dosage. Soluble, it contains 22-24% cocoa butter.
