Prepare the madeleine mould by placing a nugget of Fabbri Ginger on the bottom.
Beat the eggs with the sugar, add the honey and the grated lemon zest, then the flour mixed with the baking powder (previously sifted together), and lastly add the milk and the melted butter.
Use a pastry bag to fill the moulds ¾ full and bake in the oven at 170°C for approx. 15-20 minutes.
After removing the madeleines from the oven, drizzle with plenty of Zenzero Fabbri syrup while still hot. Leave to cool before serving.
