Mango ice with Zenzero Fabbri and cream

Ingredients

  • 200 g water 
  • 160 g blended mango 
  • 70 g sugar 
  • 10 g Zenzero Fabbri syrup 
  • 5 Zenzero Fabbri nuggets 
  • 7 g lemon juice

Preparation

  1. Mix the water, sugar, Zenzero Fabbri syrup and lemon juice together. Then add the blended and pureed mango, mix everything together thoroughly and place in the freezer. 

  2. Stir with a whisk every 30 minutes. The ice will be ready after approx. 6 hours. 

  3. Serve in bowls and garnish with Zenzero Fabbri nuggets.
