  • Filo pastry 
  • Pears 
  • Dark chocolate 
  • Zenzero Fabbri 



  1. Chop the chocolate, Zenzero Fabbri and pears into pieces. 

  2. Tip into a bowl with the Zenzero Fabbri syrup and stir. 

  3. Overlap two sheets of filo pastry, moistened with water using a brush or spray nozzle, and cut them into squares measuring approx. 6x6 cm. 

  4. Place the filling in the centre and seal like a dumpling. 

  5. Dust with icing sugar, place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 175°C in a preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.
