Goat cheese with Zenzero Fabbri and pistachios

Ingredients

  • Fresh goat cheese 
  • Zenzero Fabbri 
  • Bread 
  • Chopped pistachios

Preparation

  1. Slice the bread thinly and cut it into circles of same diameter as the goat cheese. Bake at 130°C for 15 minutes. 

  2. In the meantime, cut the goat cheese into rounds of approx. 1 cm thick and roll them in the chopped pistachio, ensuring that they stick well. 

  3. Place the goat cheese on the toasted bread, top with half a nugget of Zenzero Fabbri and a few drops of its syrup.
