Pancakes with Fabbri Maple



    (makes 6/8 pancakes) 

    • 250 ml milk 
    • 200 g flour 
    • 65 g sugar 
    • 1 egg 
    • 15 g melted butter 
    • 1 teaspoon of baking powder 
    • Fabbri Maple 


    Break the egg into a bowl and beat it together with the sugar using a fork or an electric whisk. 

    Add the milk at room temperature, followed by the melted and cooled butter. While continuing to beat the mixture, add the sifted flour and baking powder until the batter is smooth and lump-free. 

    Lightly grease a non-stick frying pan with butter and add a ladle of batter when hot. Cook for 3-4 minutes on one side. When the first bubbles form, turn it over and cook for a further 2-3 minutes. Continue in this way until all the batter is used up. 

    Stack all the pancakes on a plate and garnish with plenty of Fabbri Maple!
