Yoghurt mousse with wild fruits

Ingredients

  • For 4 small glasses

  • 250 g full-fat plain yoghurt 
  • 200 ml fresh cream 
  • 40 g icing sugar 
  • 100 g Top Wild Fruits 
  • 12 chocolate Grancereale-type biscuits 
  • fresh mixed berries to taste. 
  • dark chocolate to taste

Preparation

  •  Whip the cold cream into stiff peaks together with the icing sugar. Stir the Top Wild Fruits into the cold yoghurt. 

  • Fold the yoghurt into the cream with the aid of a spatula, trying to make sure you lose as little of the airiness as possible. 

    Coarsely crumble three biscuits into the bottom of each glass and fill with the wild fruits yoghurt mousse. 

    Garnish with mixed berries to taste and a few dark chocolate curls.
