Beat the eggs, milk, a pinch of salt and the cinnamon together in a bowl.
Cut the slices of bread into two triangles and dip them into the milk and egg mixture, turning them quickly on both sides.
Melt the butter in a non-stick pan and add the first two slices of bread when it starts to sizzle. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
Continue until all the slices have been used up and place them on plates while still warm.
Dust with icing sugar and top with a generous amount of Fabbri Maple and a few berries. Serve immediately.
