Ingredients

(serves 10) 

  • 100 g milk  
  • 200 g cream  
  • 3 g gelatine leaves  
  • 200 g dark chocolate  
  • Top White Chocolate   

Preparation

Soften the gelatine in cold water. Heat the cream and milk, add the squeezed gelatine and stir.  

Pour over the finely chopped chocolate and stir until melted. Pour into moulds (or glasses) and chill in the fridge until firm.  

Before serving, add Top White Chocolate and fruit to taste.
