Mix the whipped cream and Fabbri Top, adding enough to achieve the desired intensity of pistachio flavour.
Cut the puffs and fill them with the pistachio cream.
Decorate the top of each cream puff with a dash of Fabbri Top Pistachio and some chopped pistachios.
