Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt. Add the sugar, yoghurt and oil.
Make a frothy mixture and add the flour, syrup and, lastly, the baking powder.
Pour the mixture into a 24 cm mould and bake at 180°C for approx. 45 minutes. Leave to cool.
Garnish with icing sugar or Fabbri Top Chocolate.
AN EXTRA IDEA: Add chocolate chips to the dough.
