Grattachecca alla romana (Roman-style shaved ice)

Ingredients

  • (Ingredients for one glass) 

  • 100 g ice cubes 
  • 20 ml Fabbri Syrup 
  •  
  •  

Preparation

Take the ice out of the freezer a few minutes before use. Tip into a blender and chop coarsely. 

Transfer to a glass and pour in the Fabbri Syrup. 

Stir and enjoy slowly, with a straw and spoon. 

AN EXTRA IDEA  
Add fresh fruit pieces. You can make grattachecca using any of the Fabbri Syrup flavours!
