Mint and Prosecco Ice Lollies

Ingredients

  • (server 10)
  • 60 ml Fabbri Mint Syrup 
  • 1 lime 
  • 15 mint leaves 
  • Prosecco

Preparation

Chop the mint leaves finely with a knife. Pour the Fabbri mint syrup and the prosecco into a jug. 

Add the juice of 1 lime and the chopped mint leaves, then mix well. 

Pour the mixture into the ice lolly moulds, insert the sticks and freeze for at least 3 hours (the freezing time depends on the size of the moulds used). 

Remove the lollies from the moulds and serve immediately.
