Amarena Fabbri cream for filling or decoration

• Mix the butter together with the icing sugar, then add the syrup. 

Add the cream cheese a little at a time and place in a piping bag with a nozzle of your choice. 

Excellent for filling or decorating cakes, muffins and cupcakes.
