Puff pastry swirls with Cherries in Fabbri liqueur

Ingredients


 

    (makes 6/8 swirls)  

    • 1 roll of rectangular puff pastry  
    • pitted Cherries in Fabbri liqueur  
    • icing sugar   

    Preparation

    Roll out the puff pastry roll on a work surface and use a spoon to arrange the Fabbri Cherries with a little of their liqueur all over the surface. 

    Roll up the puff pastry from the short side and use a sharp knife to cut it into swirls or 1–2 cm thick. 

    Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, place the swirls on a baking tray lined baking paper and bake for approx. 15 minutes.  

    Remove from the oven, allow to cool and dust with icing sugar before serving.
