Chop the chocolate and melt it in a bain-marie. Dip the Fabbri Easy Cherry into the chocolate, covering them either halfway or completely. Place them on a tray and then put them in the freezer for a few minutes.  

Take the chocolate Easy Cherry out of the freezer and arrange them in a bowl before serving.   
An even quicker alternative?
