Ingredients

  •  
  • Shortcrust pastry  
  • Custard  
  • Fruttinsieme in Fabbri liqueur 

Preparation

Line the moulds with the shortcrust pastry, prick the bottom with a fork and bake at 180°C for approx. 10 to 15 minutes.  

Once they have cooled, fill them with a layer of custard and garnish the surface with Fruttinsieme in Fabbri liqueur.
