Ingredients

  • 125 g sugar  
  • 125 g flour  
  • 100 g full-fat plain yoghurt   
  • 100 g seed oil  
  • 2 eggs  
  • half a sachet of baking powder (1 sachet = 16 g)  
  • 100 g Fragola Fabbri, drained  

Preparation

Place all the ingredients except the Fragola Fabbri in a kitchen mixer and make a thick, creamy mixture.  

Add the drained, chopped and floured Fragola Fabbri. Pour into a pound cake tin.   

Bake in the oven at 170°C for 45/50 minutes.
