This is a cream with 32% pistachio. Very versatile, in ice cream making, it can be used to make creminos. For confectionaries, it is excellent for variegating semifreddos and for filling baked goods and crepes.
It performs well when used in desserts at positive temperatures, for filling and decorating cakes and desserts and for layering in verrines.
