Place the gelato in a cup (or small bowl) and pour the hot coffee over it.
Decorate as desired with Fabbri Chocolate topping and some chopped hazelnuts or pistachios.
You can also make affogato al caffè with other Fabbri toppings. Try it with: Caramel, Pistachio, White Chocolate or Dark Chocolate.
