Ingredients
  • 4 ice cubes 
  • 60 ml Prosecco 
  • 20—25 ml Elderflower syrup 
  • Seltzer to top up (approx. 60 ml)

Preparation
  •  Stir the ingredients gently, directly into the wine glass. 

  • Garnish with a sprig of mint and a slice of red apple.
